Terms and Conditions

Terms:- A valid Credit/Debit card is required at time of booking to secure the Room or Rooms. Bookings taken by telephone only.

Deposit:- No deposit is required as Credit/Debit card details are taken.

Payment:- Payment is due on the day of departure by any one of the following methods:-

Sterling cash

Debit cards

Credit cards

American Express

Late Bookings:- Payment due in advance or on arrival, (to be arranged at time of booking/checking in).

Check In Times:- Generally from 4.00pm to 8.00pm – but we are flexible and try to meet your needs.

Check Out Times:- Guests are required to check out by 10.30am to allow us to prepare for our next visitors.

Cancellation Policy:-

Over 48 hours – No Charge

Within 48 hours - £20.00 per person

Within 24 hours – Payment in Full

These charges will be taken from Credit/Debit card details used to secure your booking.

Non Smoking:- Ebor Mount is a non–smoking establishment and has been so for many years. This is for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Should you choose to ignore this and smoke in your room, you will be asked to leave with no refund, and £100.00 will be charged to your Credit/Debit card for specialist cleaning.

Pets:- Sorry !…….although we love all animals – for the comfort of all our guests we do not allow pets in our rooms.
